Preheat the oven to 200° C On a cutting board, place the loin and, using a knife, make holes all over the piece of meat. Insert almonds, prunes, apricots, and garlic into each hole, sprinkle Sazón Completa Sassón® on the loin to season. Set aside. On a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, arrange the bacon and place the loin, roll the preparation using the aluminum foil, covering the piece well and bake for 40 minutes.
