Ingredients: 800 grams pork, for stewing; 1 kilo potato; 2 carrots, large; 1 yellow onion, large; 4 cloves garlic; 4 water of roses; 1/2 glasses white wine; 8 tablespoons olive oil; 1 leaf bay; table salt; black pepper

Preparation

Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely and slice the garlic. Clean the meat of excess fat, and if it isn't already chopped, cut it into medium pieces. Place a pot over medium heat and add the oil. Then add the onion, garlic, bay leaf, and a small spoonful of salt. Let it cook until they soften and take on some color.
