Stuff the chicken fillets with ham and cheese, form rolls using a toothpick, season with salt and pepper. Spray a skillet with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and cook the rolls on both sides. Blend the cream, milk, chipotle pepper, onion, garlic and strain. Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM®, fry the sauce, add the chicken broth, season with salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
