Ingredients: 1 turkey, 8 kilograms; 1/4 cups butter; 1 pinch nutmeg; 2 cups white wine; 250 grams ground beef; 250 grams ground pork; 1 slice bacon, 1 cm thick, ground; 50 grams serrano ham, chopped; 2 apples, peeled and diced; 200 grams seedless prune; 1/2 glasses sherry; 1 pinch cinnamon powder; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; 1 cup red wine; 1 tablespoon sugar
