Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1/4 cups shallot, finely chopped; 200 grams spinach; 1/4 cups white wine; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded; salt; pepper; 6 pork steaks; 1 cup flour; 2 eggs, scrambled; 1/2 cups whole milk; 1 cup breadcrumbs; lettuce, chopped; red bell pepper, in thin strips

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallot for 2 minutes, then add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes or until it reduces in size. Add the white wine and let it evaporate. Finally, stir in the cream and cheese, mix and set aside. Season the milanesas with salt and pepper and fill with the spinach mixture. Roll the milanesa to close it. Then use toothpicks to secure the milanesa and make sure it doesn’t open.
