Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the garlic, onion, and sauté for 2 minutes, then add the turkey and fry for 5 more minutes. Add the spinach, bell pepper, season, add the thyme, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Finally, add the milk and remove from heat.
