In a bowl, mix the turkey, onion, peas, corn, cream, mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Sprinkle your table with flour and roll out the puff pastry, cutting it in half. Roll out both parts with a rolling pin, placing one part over the previously greased and floured baking dish. Cut the second part of the dough with a plate of the same circumference as the mold and use a cutter to form some leaves for steam to escape from the pie. Set aside.
