Ingredients: 6 kilos turkey, brand Hill Country Fare; 1 1/2 cups white wine; 8 tomatoes, medium; 4 cloves garlic; 2 pasilla chiles; 1/2 cups olive oil, Brand H-E-B; milliliters salt, to taste; chicken bullion

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º C. Inject the turkey several hours before with the white wine. Lightly cook or roast the tomatoes with the seedless chilies. Remove the skins from the tomatoes and blend the two ingredients. Grate or finely chop the onions and crush the garlic.
