Ingredients: 1 smoked turkey, 6 kg; 1.5 kilos ground meat; 1/2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped; 1/4 kilos dried fruit, and finely chopped seeds (walnut, almond, pine nuts, apple, apricot, and blueberries); 2 teaspoons olive oil, Extra Special; 1 pinch basil; 1 pinch bay; 1 pinch oregano; 250 grams tomato purée; 250 milliliters orange juice; 1 jar jam, rosé wine

Preparation

Thaw the turkey 24 hours before preparation at room temperature. With a turkey syringe, inject a mixture of 250 ml of rosé wine and 250 ml of orange juice. Place in a roasting bag with the rest of the mixture.
