For the vinaigrette, mix the lime juice, salt, pepper, and oregano; drizzle in the olive oil until fully incorporated. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the turkey, red onion, tomato, serrano pepper, cilantro, and lettuce. Add the vinaigrette and mix.
