On a board, place a piece of beef steak, season with salt and pepper on both sides, add two pieces of sliced Caperucita® Panela Cheese on top of the meat, roll up and hold with wooden toothpicks. Set aside until use. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and cook the red onion until it has a shiny tone. Add the mushrooms, cuaresmeño chili, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add the cheese-stuffed steak rolls, lower the flame, and cook until they start to brown; then add the cilantro and pour in the seasoning juice; season with a little salt and pepper, mix the ingredients, and cook for 6 more minutes. Remove from heat.
