This dish will be a delicious and practical way to celebrate Christmas, since it only consists of preparing the butter with herbs such as thyme, rosemary and sage, varnishing your leg and baking it for only 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 FUD® Christmas Leg, 2.5 kg
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 cup sauce, gravy
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups cambray potato, cut in half
  • enough fresh rosemary, to decorate
  • enough cauliflower, baked, to accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
For the butter with the fine herbs, heat the butter in a pot over medium heat, add the garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme and sage, and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
In a bowl, mix the gravy with the beef broth. Reservation.
Cut the Fud® Christmas Leg in a diamond shape and varnish with the butter to the fine herbs, place on a refractory, pour the gravy, the potatoes and bake for 30 minutes.
Cut the leg into slices and serve with baked cauliflower.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, cut into slices, accompanied by baked cauliflower.

TIPS
