Mix the chicken with garlic powder, lemon zest, and Hunt’s® Original BBQ Sauce in a bowl; let it rest for 10 minutes. In a pan with hot oil over medium heat, brown the chicken on both sides, cook for 10 minutes, and set aside. Soften the cream cheese in a bowl. Add the chicken, onion, bell peppers, serrano chili, green onion, fried bacon, cashew nuts, garlic powder, and lime juice; season with salt, pepper, and Hunt’s® Original BBQ Sauce; mix until fully combined. On a board, place non-stick plastic, add the previous preparation, cover with plastic, and with your hands, gradually shape the cheese log. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Place the log on a platter, using a spatula to perfect its shape, decorate with strips of bell pepper and serve with croutons. Enjoy the BBQ Christmas log dip!
