Ingredients

  • enough Water, hot
  • 2 cups beets, chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 cup jicama, minced in medium cubes
  • 1 cup apple, minced in medium cubes
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut, toasted
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • leaves peppermint

Preparation

In a pot with hot water cook the beet for 10 minutes; Drain, cool and reserve.
In a container, mix the beet, jicama and apple. Add orange juice, sugar, peanuts and raisins.
Serve in saucers and decorate with mint leaves.
