Ingredients: 1 1/2 jars Hunt's® Sauce Homemade Tomato and Basil Recipe, (680 g) for the filling and to cover the meatloaf; 1 kilo ground beef; 1 cup onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 2 teaspoons cumin powder; 1 teaspoon thyme, powdered; 1/4 cups raisins; 1/4 cups cranberries; 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped; 1/2 cups almonds, chopped; 1/2 cups breadcrumbs; 2 eggs; 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped; salt; pepper; 3/4 cups Manchego cheese, grated; 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated, for browning; mashed potatoes, for accompaniment

Mix the ground beef with the onion, garlic, cumin, thyme, raisins, cranberries, walnuts, almonds, bread crumbs, eggs, and parsley in a bowl; mix to combine. Pour in ½ jar of Hunt’s® Homemade Recipe tomato and basil sauce (680 g) until you achieve a homogeneous consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Mix and set aside. On a flat surface, place sheets of cling film; on these sheets, add the meat mixture and flatten it with clean hands to form a rectangle, fill with manchego cheese, and roll it up using the plastic. Squeeze to prevent the meatloaf from falling apart and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
