Use the paddle attachment of your mixer to cream the butter until smooth. Then, add the powdered sugar. Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and mix very well. Continue mixing and incorporate the egg and vanilla. Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Sprinkle a little flour on a flat surface and divide the dough into two. Take one portion of dough, roll it out, and place it in a rectangular mold, previously greased with butter and flour. Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

Take the other portion of dough, roll it out and shape the cookies with star-shaped cutters. Place the small cookies on one tray and the large ones on another. Bake the small ones at 180 °C for 10 minutes and the large ones at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Remove everything from the oven and let it cool. Use a hand whisk to mix the cream cheese until smooth. Add the heavy cream, white chocolate, and sugar. Set aside. Unmold the cake base and pour the cheese mixture into it, then cover with McCormick® Strawberry Jam and decorate with star cookies. Serve the Christmas strawberry cake.
