Ingredients: 1 cup flour, for the base; 1 cup sugar, for the base; 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoons anise powder, or in seed; 1 cup butter, in cubes, cold, for the base; 1 egg, for the base; 1 1/2 cups yogurt, for the filling; 1/2 cups milk, for the filling; 1/2 cups sugar, for the filling; 3 tablespoons cornstarch, for the filling; 1/4 teaspoons almond essence; red fruit sauce, crushed red fruits with sugar to taste; mixed berries, raspberries and blueberries, for decoration; rosemary, for decoration

Add the flour, sugar, and spices in the bowl of the Black + Decker® stand mixer with a rotating bowl, then mix very well. Gradually add the cold butter and incorporate. Add the egg to bind the mixture. Remove the mixture from the bowl and transfer it to the tart mold. Carefully spread with your hands until covering the entire base and the walls of the mold.
