Cook the potatoes for 5 minutes in the microwave, covering them with water, salt, and non-stick plastic wrap. Mash the potatoes in a pot, when they are perfectly mashed, turn on the heat and add the butter, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook the mashed potatoes for 2 minutes.
