Prepare a delicious jelly in the form of a gift to give this Christmas. This easy gelatin recipe features a delicious combination of vanilla, strawberry, and lemon. What better gift than something created by you!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 cups whole milk, hot, for the vanilla gelatin
  • 6 packages gelatin, hydrated (42 g)
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 4 cups water, hot, for the lemon jelly
  • 1 package lemon jelly, 120 g
  • 12 envelopes gelatin, hydrated (84 g)
  • 1 package strawberry jelly, 120 g
  • 12 envelopes gelatin, hydrated (84 g)
  • 4 cups water, hot, for the strawberry jelly

Preparation

In a bowl with hot water add the lemon-flavored gelatin and the melted gelatin. Mix until dissolved and reserve.
On a rectangular mold add two tablespoons of the lemon gelatin, leaving a layer one centimeter wide. Keep refrigerated for a day or until the gelatin sets.
In a bowl with hot water add the strawberry flavored gelatin and the melted gelatin. Mix until dissolved and reserve.
On a rectangular mold add two tablespoons of the strawberry gelatin, leaving a thin layer one centimeter wide. Keep refrigerated for a day or until the gelatin sets.
In a bowl add the milk, vanilla, condensed milk and mix until everything is well incorporated. Add the melted gelatin and mix until dissolved.
On a square mold add the vanilla gelatin and refrigerate for a day or until set.
Unmold the vanilla gelatin and place it on a cake base. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Cut 7 strips of the strawberry jelly of 2 cm in diameter and reserve.
To decorate the jelly, place two strips in the shape of a cross, cutting one of them so that it is not overlapped, fold two of the remaining strips forming the top of the bow as shown in the video, the next strip, cut it forming the tips of the bow and place them as shown in the video, the lemon gelatin circles place them all over the vanilla gelatin alternating large circles and small circles. Accompany your rich gelatin with a rich punch.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a pastry base.

TIPS

You can put the gelatin in the freezer to make it set faster, just be careful not to freeze.
