Preheat the oven to 200 °C before starting the recipe.

Attach the hook attachment to the mixer. Place the butter and Domino® Brown Sugar in the mixing bowl. Mix until the sugar dissolves and the butter is soft. Add the vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and flour. Continue mixing until you have a homogeneous dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
