This marinade chicken recipe is simple and delicious, because to make the marinade you just have to brown the ingredients a little and then blend them. The chicken is baked and if you wish, you can fill it with ground meat and nuts, for a version of Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 chicken
  • enough vegetal oil, for the marinade
  • 1 cup onion, cut into medium pieces for the marinade
  • 2 cups tomtato, cut into pieces for the marinade
  • 2 cloves garlic, for the marinade
  • 1 cup guajillo chili, hydrated and deveined for the marinade
  • 1 pasilla chili pepper, hydrated and deveined for the marinade
  • 1 cup Water, for the marinade
  • 1 raja cinnamon, for the marinade
  • to taste salt, for the marinade
  • to taste black pepper, for the marinade
  • 1 cup orange, slice to decorate
  • thyme, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot, heat the oil and cook the onion, garlic and tomato for 5 minutes.
Add the chilies, the cinnamon stick, the water, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
Blend all of the above in a blender to make the marinade and reserve.
Brush the chicken with the marinade and brush. Place on a tray and tie the legs as shown in the video.
Bake the chicken for 1 hour at 200 ° C.
Serve the chicken on a tray and decorate with sliced oranges and thyme.

Presented in a refractory with slices of orange and thyme.

TIPS
