Ingredients: water; 1 bag La Moderna® rotini pasta, tricolor 450 grams; 1/2 cups pine nuts, toasted pink; 1/2 cups candied pecans, finely chopped; 1/2 cups cranberries; 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped; 1/2 cups apple, diced; 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled; 1/2 cups plain yogurt, for the white wine dressing; 2 tablespoons honey mustard, for the white wine dressing; 1 ounce white wine, for the dressing; salt, for the dressing; pepper, for the dressing; 1 cup bacon, fried to accompany; leaves arugula, for serving

In a pot, heat the water and when it starts to boil, add the salt, wait for it to regain temperature and add the La Moderna® Tricolor Rotini pasta, cook for 9 to 11 minutes. Drain and let cool a bit. In a bowl, mix the La Moderna® Tricolor Rotini with the pine nuts, caramelized walnuts, cranberries, celery, apple, and goat cheese until combined, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
