In a bowl, combine the butter, onion, HERDEZ® sliced mushrooms, walnut, and rosemary. Set aside. Place the loin on a tray and season with salt and pepper. Fill with the HERDEZ® sliced mushrooms mixture, close, and tie with hemp thread. Bathe the loin with white wine and bake at 180 °C for 1 hour.
