Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet or cast iron pot and sear the pork loin for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. Sauté the onions, potatoes, peppers, and jicama for 2 minutes. Place the loin on top, drizzle with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Glaze, and garnish with rosemary.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
