  • 2 cups french lettuce, (leaves)
  • 1 cup chicken, grilled and cut into strips
  • 1 serrano pepper, sliced
  • 3/4 cups tortilla, fried and cut into thick strips
  • 1 1/2 cups tangerine, in segments
  • 1/2 cups almond, filleted
  • enough avocado, diced
  • enough sesame seed, praline to decorate

Preparation

For the vinaigrette, mix apple cider vinegar, tangerine juice, maggie juice, salt and pepper; add the sesame oil in the form of yarn while stirring with a balloon whisk, add the vegetable oil in the same way. Check the seasoning and reserve.
Mix the lettuce, chicken, serrano pepper, tortilla and tangerine; Add the vinaigrette and decorate with avocado and sesame pralines.

PRESENTATION

TIPS
