For the marinade: blend the orange juice, white tequila, guajillo chile, ancho chile, tomatoes, garlic, onion, brown sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper at high speed. Set aside. Heat the oil in a skillet. Season the pork leg with salt and pepper and sear on each side for 5 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat, place in a greased oven-safe tray.
