For the breading: in a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Spread the turkey breast and season with salt and pepper. Add a layer of ham and one of cheese, then roll up to form a log. Use toothpicks to secure the roll tightly.
