Preparation
In a deep dish open the egg and serve the milk, mix with a fork.
Place a small skillet with half a tablespoon of butter on the fire, when hot, lower the heat in half.
Soak the bread on both sides in the egg with milk.
Fry and pass through granulated sugar and cinnamon before it cools so it sticks well.
A banana is cut out and with honey you can decorate it as the photo shows.
