This recipe is for children to eat fruit in a more fun way. You can put them in water.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 50 grams raspberry
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 orange
  • 100 grams grape
  • enough Water

Preparation

Wash and disinfect all fruits. Raspberries and grapes should be reserved.
While peeling and cut the orange and the kiwis into small pieces.
Serve a small portion of each fruit on a cooler and fill with water.
Put in the freezer until the water is completely frozen.

TIPS

You can give them on very hot days, as a snack with which they can entertain themselves or serve them in natural or flavored water.
