Ingredients

10 portions
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, for yellow gelatin (hydrated)
  • 1 cup Water, to hydrate
  • 1 cup mango, for the yellow jelly
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, for the yellow jelly
  • 2 cups Water, for the yellow jelly
  • 6 envelopes gelatin, for yellow gelatin (hydrated)
  • 1 cup Water, to hydrate
  • 1 cup strawberry, for the red jelly
  • 1 cup watermelon, for the red jelly
  • 1 banana, for the red jelly
  • 4 cups Water, for the red jelly
  • enough strawberry, cut in half, to decorate
  • enough mango, to decorate (slats)
  • enough blackberry, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, hydrate the grenetina with water. Let stand 15 minutes.
For the yellow jelly: blend the mango and pineapple. Then, in a pot and over medium heat, heat the previous preparation and add the hydrated grenetina. Move until incorporated.
Pour over the small Mickey® mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold and reserve.
In a bowl, hydrate the grenetina with water. Let stand 15 minutes.
For the red jelly: blend the strawberries, the watermelon, the banana along with the water. Then, in a pot over medium heat heat the previous preparation and add the grenetina, move until dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Pour a quarter over the large Mickey® mold, place the mango jelly both in the center and on the ears and pour the rest of the red jelly to cover. Refrigerate until set.
Unmold on a white plate and decorate with strawberry, mango and blackberries.

PRESENTATION

It is important to heat the gelatin to eliminate the bubbles, in this way, at the time of unmolding it will not break. Besides that when we heat the grenetina it gives an incredible shine.

TIPS

On an extended plate, accompanied by strawberries, watermelon and blackberries.
