Roses of the Desert

An accompaniment for the afternoon coffee, for children and not so small. A delicious and crunchy dessert that they will not be able to resist. Also, it is very easy to do.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 piece of lemon The skin of a lemon without anything white
  • 150 grams of Butter in ointment
  • 300 grams of flour of pastry
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • to taste of cereal (Toasted cornflakes)

    Preparation

    Place in the Thermomix cup, sugar 20 seconds, speed 5-10. Add lemon peel 20 seconds, speed 5-10.
    Add butter, flour, eggs, baking soda and mix about 15 seconds, at speed 5. It should look like a cream.
    Place in a bowl and refrigerator for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    With a teaspoon, take a portion of dough, coat the corn flakes and form a ball squeezing a little. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Bake about 15 minutes. Cool on a grid and sprinkle with icing sugar.
