Nobody says no to a good slice of pizza and it won't happen with this recipe for watermelon pizza, which is very easy to make, and ideal as a snack or dessert for the little ones in the house. It is made with a sweet cottage cheese and fruits such as pineapple, strawberries, banana, grapes and melon, and it can also work at breakfast time, on fresh days. Decorate it with peppermint leaves and enjoy this different pizza.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup curd, for the cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, for the cheese
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the cheese
  • 3 tablespoons peppermint, finely chopped, for cheese
  • 1 lemon zest, for the cheese
  • 1/4 pineapples, for the pizza
  • 1 cup strawberry, for the pizza
  • 2 bananas, for the pizza
  • 1 cup grape, for the pizza
  • 1/4 cantaloupes, for the pizza
  • 1 watermelon, for the pizza base
  • enough peppermint, leaves to decorate

Preparation

For the cheese, in a bowl mix the cottage cheese, the sour cream, the honey, the peppermint and the lemon zest until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
On a board and with the help of a knife, cut the pineapple into small cubes; the strawberry, the banana and the grapes, sliced, and the melon in triangles. Reservation.
For the base, cut the watermelon in order to draw a circle about 2 fingers thick. With the help of a spoon, place the cottage cheese on the watermelon to cover, arrange the fruit one by one and decorate with peppermint leaves.
Cut the watermelon into pizza slices. Enjoy!
