Mix the cocoa and dark chocolate, then add the milk, egg, and vegetable oil and mix. Once the liquids are combined, add the wheat flour, baking powder, and sugar. Mix very well with a whisk. Spray a waffle maker with cooking spray, add a ladle of the mixture, close, and cook for 5 minutes.
