Place the sugar in the Thermomix bowl for 20 seconds, speed 5-10. Add the lemon zest for 20 seconds, speed 5-10. Add the butter, flour, eggs, baking soda and mix for about 15 seconds at speed 5. It should have a creamy consistency.
