Ingredients: 1 liter cow's milk , whole, for the flan; 1 envelope D´Gari® vanilla flan, (140 g); 1 lemon , (zest); 1 package vanilla cookies; 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, melted; whipped cream, for decoration; María cookies, mini, for decoration; lemon , cut into half-moons.

Heat the milk over medium heat, add the Flan D´Gari® vanilla flavor, lemon zest, and stir with a spoon until completely dissolved. Pour the flan into a baking dish and let cool until set. Unmold, cut in half, and set aside.
