Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 90 grams butter, melted
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • to taste whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups almond, fillet and toast

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the almonds, the eggs, the melted butter and the milk in the blender until the ingredients are mixed. Empty in the mold of your preference previously greased. Bake for about 45 minutes or until it looks golden brown, remove it from the oven and put a knife along the edges to avoid sticking and let it cool.
When it cools, beat the cream with icing sugar until it rises, once the cake is cold, decorate with the cream and the sliced ​​almonds. Refrigerate before serving.
