Ingredients

10 portions
  • 150 grams almond, without shell
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Water, potable

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and burn a refractory.
Put the almonds, the condensed milk, the milk, the egg and the yolks in the blender and liquefy.
Put in a pan the 2 tablespoons of sugar and the tablespoon of drinking water, boil a little to form the caramel, that is, the sugar will turn a little dark yellow.
Put the candy in refractory previemente in buttery and pour the mixture of the blender.
Put the refractory in the oven, from 30 to 45 min or until it crosses a toothpick and it comes out clean. Remove and let cool, cut into squares or cut and serve.

TIPS

It is preferable to do it in refractory in the form of a circle and about 10 cm. of high, of a size mediating so that it knows more concentrated.
