Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups almond, whole, with shell
  • 3 cups dark chocolate, unsweetened, 500 grams, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup almond milk, 250 ml
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, 125 ml
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chip
  • enough almond, chopped, for garnish
  • enough strawberry, slice, for garnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Place the almonds on a baking sheet and try to spread them over the entire surface. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C, stirring constantly with a spatula so that the almonds are toasted evenly. Take out of the oven and let it cool down. Reserve until use.
Place the dark chocolate in a bowl suitable for heat and melt it in the microwave for 10 seconds, moving constantly to integrate the chocolate evenly between each time. Blend until the chocolate has a slightly shiny hue and a melted consistency.
Pour the almond milk and the whipping cream into the bowl with melted chocolate, mix and integrate.
Refrigerate 10 minutes or until smooth.
In a rectangular container place a layer of the chocolate mixture, add the toasted almonds and the chocolate chips, repeat the layers until you finish with the melted chocolate mixture, place toasted almonds and chocolate chips at the end to make it visually attractive . Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Serve with the help of an ice cream spoon, accompany with chopped almonds and strawberry slices.
