Ingredients: 1/4 cups pumpkin seeds; 1/4 cups peanuts; 1/4 cups raisins; 1/4 cups pecans; 1/8 cups water, for the syrup; 125 grams piloncillo, for the syrup; 1/4 cups honey, for the syrup; 3 drops lime juice, for the syrup; 250 grams amaranth

Heat a pan over low heat and toast the pumpkin seeds with the peanuts, raisins, and walnuts. Heat a small pot with water and dissolve the piloncillo with honey and a few drops of lemon. Cook until you obtain a semi-thick syrup. Add the amaranth and the dried fruits, mix immediately so they absorb the honey.
