Ingredients

10 portions
  • enough pasta, sugary
  • 200 grams flour, of butter
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 50 grams San Juan® Egg, .Preferably San Juan Egg Liquid Vanilla
  • 1 flour, Butter
  • 2 kilos apple, cut in slices, for the filling
  • 80 grams sugar, for the filling
  • 4 San Juan® Egg Whites
  • 80 grams powdered sugar

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour. Add the butter squares and knead until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Add the egg and vanilla. Knead until well integrated. Refrigerate for one hour.
Slice the apples and simmer with sugar at low heat for 10 min. Set aside.
Beat the San Juan egg whites until peaks are formed. Add sugar little by little until it forms a meringue.
Spread the sugary dough with the help of a rolling pin and a little flour.
Line a cake mold and leave a thin layer and pre-bake for 10 min.
Pour in the apple filling, if desired you can use part of the remaining dough to decorate the apples. Bake the whole cake for 20 or 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
