Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 apples
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of Butter room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Water
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Peel and discourage apples. Cut them into moderately thick sheets.
Heat your T-fal pan and when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, add the butter, apples, sugar and cinnamon, cook for 5 minutes, let cool and set aside.
For the dough, in a bowl mix the butter with sugar, add the yolk, flour and water, knead until you have a homogeneous dough, refrigerate and reserve.
Spread dough on cake base. Reservation.
Blend the cream, yolks, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla with the “dessert” function in your T-fal® InfinyForce blender.
Pour this mixture over the dough, add the apples and bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve.

La receta se ve muy buena, pero debería de estar la opción para quienes no cuentan con la T-fal
