Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Put the respective papers in each muffin mold (so that it does not stick).
In a bowl, mix the flour, the sugar substitute, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.
In another bowl mix the egg whites and the milk. Cut the apple into cubes and add it to this mixture with the corn. Add all this mixture with the flour mixture.
Stir until the dough is lumpy.
Fill the muffin molds 2/3 parts (to allow them to fluff) and bake for 30 minutes.
