Ingredients

4 servings
  • 400 grams of rice
  • 1 1/2 liters of milk
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 1 green lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 glasses of Water
  • 8 spoonfuls of sugar

    Preparation

    Soak the rice in a large pot, and leave it for 5 - 10 min.
    Once the time has elapsed, add the milk, the cinnamon stick, the lemon and orange peels, and the sugar, putting the saucepan over a fire and let it boil slowly, stirring from time to time.
    Leave 20 to 25 min. while continuing to move and unclog the container.
    Finally pour in a dish and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

    PRESENTATION

    You can decorate it with raisins or chocolate chips it looks more appetizing.
