Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups bacon, fried
  • 1 1/2 cups Maple syrup
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups bacon, fried and chopped, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix the bacon with the maple syrup.
Beat the whipping cream until it doubles in volume, pour the previous preparation in an enveloping form, place in a refractory, sprinkle with the fried bacon, chopped and freeze until solidified.
With the help of a scoop, serve ice cream balls, cover with maple syrup.

PRESENTATION

Serve with bacon and maple syrup.

TIPS

Beat the cream well so that no crystals form.
