Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 cups of bacon fried
  • 1 1/2 cups of Maple syrup
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon fried and chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the bacon with the maple syrup.
    Beat the whipping cream until it doubles in volume, pour the previous preparation in an enveloping form, place in a refractory, sprinkle with the fried bacon, chopped and freeze until solidified.
    With the help of a scoop, serve ice cream balls, cover with maple syrup.
