Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 tablespoons almond, chopped
  • 1/3 cups dehydrated cherries
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, compact
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 6 golden apples
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a small bowl, mix the cherries, almonds, wheat germ, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Peel the apples, remove the center without reaching the shore.
Divide the previous mixture between each apple and fill the cavity of the apple.
Place the apples in a container deep enough to keep them straight.
Add the water. Cover the apples with honey and oil. Cover with aluminum foil.
