Baked Apples with Condensed Milk

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 Red apples
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • cinnamon powder, to taste
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 kilos cream, or to consideration
  • 1/4 cups walnut, in Little pieces

Preparation

Wash the apples well, then remove the heart.
Spread butter on a mold to accommodate all the apples, put a piece of butter on the bottom of each one.
Then add the walnut, ground or in pieces, stirred with cinnamon. Once all the apples have been filled, pour the cream, the condensed milk and then the rest of the walnut and ground cinnamon.
Bake about 20 minutes or until they are well cooked and ready to serve.

PRESENTATION

They can be accompanied with a rich cappuccino coffee.

Creemos que se la puedes agregar antes de hornearlas junto con la crema o al momento de servirlas tibias. Que bueno que te quedaron deliciosas. Sube tus fotos y presúmenoslas.

??? Nunca supe en que momento se le agregaba la leche condensada...pero aun así quedaron deliciosas.
