Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon yeast powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C or 325 ° F and grease a rectangular mold where you will cook the bread.
In a bowl mix well the pumpkin puree and sugar. Add the flour, the yeast, the baking soda and the salt and add. Add water, eggs and whisks until everything is mixed.
Add the banana and stir. Spread the pasta on the mold. Bake for about 1 hour or until the inside is cooked and the outside browned. Cut it and enjoy it.

TIPS

It does not matter if it is very thick inside, put it in the refrigerator and it will get hard. Preferably I added the pureed banana.
