Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 bananas, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • to taste walnut, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Beat the butter with the sugar and add the eggs one by one.
Add the mashed bananas, the lemon juice and the vanilla essence.
Add little by little the flour, the baking powder, when it is incorporated into the mixture, add the cream, the nuts and whisk for 2 more minutes.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pancake mold, decorate with the whole walnuts in a flower shape and bake for 1 hour.

Buena receta, aunque podría mejorar con batiendo las claras de huevo a punto de nieve para que quede mas esponjoso y con mas volumen. Seguí la receta y les dejo la foto del resultado aunque debo confesar que como amante del chocolate agregue una ligera capa de ganache y la nuez picada.
