Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Cup of Butter at room temperature
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 2 pieces of banana crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup of nut finely chopped
  • to taste of nut to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Beat the butter with the sugar and add the eggs one by one.
    Add the mashed bananas, the lemon juice and the vanilla essence.
    Add little by little the flour, the baking powder, when it is incorporated into the mixture, add the cream, the nuts and whisk for 2 more minutes.
    Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pancake mold, decorate with the whole walnuts in a flower shape and bake for 1 hour.
    Chills and releases.

    Yo puse 1 taza de azúcar.

    Buena receta, aunque podría mejorar con batiendo las claras de huevo a punto de nieve para que quede mas esponjoso y con mas volumen. Seguí la receta y les dejo la foto del resultado aunque debo confesar que como amante del chocolate agregue una ligera capa de ganache y la nuez picada.

    He hecho la receta para que rindiera la mitad, así que dividí los ingredientes entre 2. Además, modifiqué las cantidades del huevo, el azúcar y la crema ácida (2 huevos, 1 taza y 3/4 taza, respectivamente). Me quedó muy dulce, creo que con el azúcar del plátano hubiera sido suficiente. El tiempo de cocción de mi pan fue 75 minutos a 180 °C.
