Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 5 ripe bananas, or bananas
  • to taste walnut
  • to taste almond
  • to taste peanut, or peanut
  • to taste cranberry
  • to taste chocolate chip

Preparation

In a bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt and then add the cup of sugar and oil. This should be relatively homogeneous.
On the other hand, the banana must be ground with a fork in a plate, if necessary they are ripe so that a viscous paste remains.
Pour the banana and nuts over the other ingredients and stir until you feel it is well mixed.
The dough should be placed in a mold previously greased with oil and sprinkled with a little flour (so that it does not stick). It should also be taken into account that in cooking the bread will double its size, so in the mold the dough should not exceed half the height.
Preheat oven to 160 ° C. Bake the bread for about an hour.
When it takes about 50 minutes, it is advisable to bury the tip of a knife to see how the dough goes. (Before time is not good because you can download).
Finally let cool with a cloth on top, then serve.
