Ingredients

10 portions
  • 12 bananas, or small banana
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 90 grams butter, (1 bar)
  • to taste raisin
  • to taste walnut

Preparation

Form a puree with the bananas.
Separate whites and yolks. Beat the whites to the point of nougat.
Mix the sugar with the butter and the egg yolks.
Mix the flour with baking soda and mix with the sugar preparation.
Incorporate bananas and with a palette egg whites, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins and nuts.
Pour into the previously floured mold and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes in and comes out dry.
