Nothing like a rich, fluffy banana bread and raisins. Perfect as breakfast, as dessert or as dinner. Accompany it with a delicious glass of milk or your favorite beverage.

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of banana or small banana

  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 90 grams of Butter (1 bar)
  • to taste of raisin
  • to taste of nut

    Preparation

    Form a puree with the bananas.
    Separate whites and yolks. Beat the whites to the point of nougat.
    Mix the sugar with the butter and the egg yolks.
    Mix the flour with baking soda and mix with the sugar preparation.
    Incorporate bananas and with a palette egg whites, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins and nuts.
    Pour into the previously floured mold and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes in and comes out dry.
